Everyone is welcome!
Trinity UCC’s Community Meal effort is entering it’s 16th successful year. It all started in 2010 as an idea from our members who wanted to find a special way to give back to our wonderful neighborhood of Gowanda. The Free Community Meal was “born”, and our first meal was January 27, 2011. We are very proud of our members and their efforts to keep this meal going and was also adding a giving table, where there are free items to anyone who needs them, clothing, shoes and some household items. Our Giving Table is unfortunately on hold due to Covid restrictions. We started our drive thru meals in the summer of 2020 and will continue until further notice.
Everyone is welcome.
There have been over 20,000 people served, there has never been a charge but free will donations are accepted to offset the cost of the food.
When we were able to have eat-in meals there has been music, special book readings, a play area for the kids, and also lots of laughs and fellowship. We are handicap accessible on Erie Avenue. All the meals are homemade, including the desserts.
Come on down and join everyone at the little white Church on the corner and enjoy some good food and fellowship. Thank you to the community for all of their support for the past 12 years. Trinity members are grateful for this opportunity to serve our neighbors.

January 11, 2025- Soup, salad, roll & Cookies
February 8- Goulash, tossed salad, fruit, bread & cookies
March 8- Baked chicken, stuffing, potatoes, fruited jello & cookie
April 12- Pulled pork sandwich, au gratin potatoes, veggie, fruit & cookie
May 10- Chicken fajitas, yellow rice, corn salad, fruit & cookie
June 14- Pork Medallions, mashed potatoes, veggie, applesauce & cookie
July 12- Italian Sausage Hoagies, Tossed Salad, Chips, fruit & cookie
Aug. 9- Sloppy Joes, pasta salad, chips, fruited jello & cookie
Sept. 13- Chicken Fritters w/country gravy over rice, veggie, applesauce & cookie
Oct. 11- Hot meatball sub, baked beans, veggie & cookie
Nov. 8- Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggie, bread & cookie
Jan. 10, 2026- Homemade soup, tossed salad, roll & cookie
Side dishes are subject to change because of fluctuating costs--
All meals served in the Church include a beverage and homemade desserts.
Our Dinners are all you can eat, but we limit one dessert per person.
