Pastor Jess Kacalski
She will be our transitional part time Pastor.
Here is her bio.
 

I am Jess Kacalski, a licensed pastor in the United Church of Christ.

I was born and raised in in South Buffalo not far from South Buffalo Mercy hospital. I have two sons Craig and Michael both are married and I have two grandsons Colin and Conor. My grandsons are 8 and 10.

My residence is currently in the Buffalo/Amherst area.

The church that I grew up in is Good Shepherd Community of Faith. It is both United Church of Christ and American Baptist.

I attended the New York School of Ministry and graduated with a certificate in the Christian Leadership in November 2014. I was then licensed to the Western area shortly after that. I have preached at different churches in the Western Area when the Pastor would go on vacation or was sick.

I officiated at the closing of Christ Church which was meeting in the chapel at Ebenezer United Church of Christ. Churches that I have served are First Congregational Church of Angola when their Pastor took sick, and I served there for about a year and a half.  I then served at St John’s United church of Christ in Strykersville for about three years.
